Processes for our web and graphic design projects

Lots of people ask us ‘what happens next?’ and so we decided to outline the processes that we follow when we work on a design project.

Discuss and book in
When you get in touch, we'll arrange to meet up (or arrange a phone call), and have a chat about your business needs. We will also work out the likely completion date for your project, depending on your deadline and our diary.

Once you decide you want to work with us, we will then put together a Project Description for you to consider, together with a Fact Finder for you to complete, a formal Quote and Order for you to sign.


Once the deposit is paid and the papers are signed, we'll book you in!
Gather content & start concepts
Once you have completed the personalised Fact Finder, sent us all the content and started to collect ideas for your mood board (we recommend Pinterest for this), we’ll create a collection of loose ideas before we finalise the look and feel of the design.
Start the design process
We’ll only start the final designs once we have the content as this will drive the design.

This stage of the process will involve final designs for the project which we’ll share with you for your approval.

We will work together and revise the design idea as many times as necessary until you 100% approve your design. Each stage is carefully designed to guide you gently through the process, ensuring that we don't move onto the next stage until you are 100% happy.
Communicate & revise
The final designs will be sent to you for approval before the last part of the process is carried out; the construction stage.
Construct and populate
Now it’s ready to finalise the mix by building the website or finalising the logo designs and making various formats and sizes for all of your requirements.

In the case of a website, you’ll be able to see the build coming to shape and we’ll actively ask for your feedback at this crucial, final stage of the project.
Launch time!
Get ready to enjoy your new logo, branding and/or website!

We’ll send you the final design files and launch the website.

There will be a snagging period while the website beds in and we’re here should you need any assistance editing the content (or we can do that for you, just ask us about our Edit Time scheme).
